郑州临空生物医药园,位于郑州航空港经济综合实验区南部高端制造业聚集区,北临近商登高速,南依港区主干道黄海路,是由政府主导投资建设、河南省内已建成的最大规模的生命科学与生物技术研发和生产创新创业基地。

园区整体规划12hm2,总建筑面积260,000m2,包括孵化实验综合中心、中试生产组团、大规模生产厂区、专属物流体系、会展中心和完善的生活配套设施。

园区规划以“生命之轴”为主题打造12,000m2的中央景观带,是园区内最优景观资源,容纳员工日常休闲活动,满足园区的生态环境优化功能,为研究人员提供更多放松、休憩和交流的室外惬意环境。园区根据产业实际业态功能实现南北分区:南区地上部分主要是孵化中心、企业办公及生活配套等;
北区用于中试、生产及物流仓储等,南北区功能明晰,实现人车物分流,最大限度地提高了使用效率,体现了园区生物医药产业生态布局的科学性及合理性。

南区临主入口位置坐落80m 高的孵化中心大楼,立面以喻义“生命律动”的银白色竖向铝板线条为主要元素,结合玻璃幕墙在主体和角部的形体变化,塑造了一个具有未来感和科技感且符合生物医药产业印象的地标建筑形象。立面上竖向线条一气呵成地延续到塔楼北侧的会议中心屋面,共同形成入口广场的完整背景。南区其他建筑都采用开放式街区规划方式,形成统一协调的产业社区氛围。

北区主要以中试和生产车间为主,满足生物医药工艺是这些建筑的第一目标。设计需要解决空间的特定层高、柱跨、结构荷载,特殊空调设备位置,废气废水的处理和安全排放,货物运输流线组织,危险化学药剂的妥善保存等需求。所有这些要素均严格按照国家和行业相关规范和企业切实需求进行规划设计。在此之上,设计结合街区尺度将这些建筑组织为一系列院落,院落中间填充不同主题的景观以满足科研人员对高品质工作环境的要求。

Zhengzhou Linkong Biopharmaceutical Park is located in the high-end manufacturing area in the south of Zhengzhou Linkong Comprehensive Economic Experimental Zone.It is adjacent to Shangdeng Expressway in the north and Huanghai Road,the main road of the airport area in the south.It is the largest life science and biotechnology research and development and production innovation base built in Henan Province with government-led investment.

The overall planning of the park is 12 hm2,with a total construction area of 260,000 m2,including incubation experiment centre,pilot production group,large-scale production plant,exclusive logistics system,exhibition centre and perfect living facilities.

The planning of the park combines features to create a central landscape area of 12,000 m2with the theme of the axis of life.It is the best landscape resource in the park,accommodating the daily leisure activities of employees and the ecological environment optimisation function of the park,providing researchers with a comfortable outdoor environment with more relaxation,rest,and communication.The park implements north-south zoning according to the actual industrial format functions.The above-ground part of the southern district is mainly an incubation centre,business office and living facilities,etc.The northern district is used for research and development,pilot testing,production,and logistics storage,etc.The functions of the northern and southern districts are clear,realising the diversion of people,vehicles,and things,maximising the efficiency of use,and reflecting the scientificity and rationality of the ecological layout of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in the park.

(1)孵化实验综合中心

孵化中心为公共实验室,裙楼承载大型会议及员工餐厅,二、三层为公共技术服务平台,其上为生物创新型企业的双创基地,为初创型企业提供全过程发展动力。

(2)展示中心

以DNA 双螺旋结构为灵感的内外双螺旋空间结构创意建筑体,满足园区成果展示、对外交流、专业会晤等功能,集生态、建筑、景观于一体,是园区的主题概念建筑。□

The 80 m high incubation centre building near the main entrance of the southern district takes the silvery white vertical aluminium plate lines,meaning "life rhythm",as the main element,and combines the shape changes of the glass curtain walls in the main body and corners to create a landmark building with a sense of the future and science and technology that conforms to the impression of the biomedical industry.The vertical lines on the façade continue to the roof of the conference centre on the north side of the tower in one go,forming a complete background of the entrance square.Other buildings in the South District adopt an open block planning approach to create a unified and coordinated industrial community atmosphere.

The North District is mainly based on pilot scale and production workshops,and meeting the biomedical process is the first goal of these buildings.The design needs to solve such problems as the specific floor height,column span,structural load of the space,location of special air conditioning equipment,safe treatment and discharge of waste gas and wastewater,organisation of cargo transport lines,proper preservation of hazardous chemicals,etc.All these are planned and designed in strict accordance with the relevant national and industry norms and the practical needs of enterprises.On top of this,the design combines the block scale to organise these buildings into a series of courtyards,which are filled with landscapes of different themes to meet the requirements of scientific researchers for a high-quality working environment.

(1) Integrated Incubation Experiment Centre

The incubation centre is a public laboratory,the podium building hosts large-scale conferences and staff restaurants,and the first and second floors are public technical service platforms,and above them is a bi-creation base for biological innovation enterprises,providing the whole process development power for start-ups.

(2) Exhibition Centre

Inspired by the DNA double helix structure,the creative architecture of the internal and external double helix spatial structure meets the functions of the park"s performance display,external communication,professional meetings,etc.It integrates ecology,architecture and landscape.It is a theme concept building of the park.□
