[摘要] 目的：探讨舒适护理在围术期患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法：将400例围术期患者随机分为实验组及对照组各200例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理，观察两组患者术前、术后焦虑、抑郁情绪及生命体征的变化，进行对比分析。结果：与对照组相比，实验组患者术前、术中焦虑、抑郁情绪较轻微，心率、血压较为平稳。结论：围术期患者需要给予舒适护理以消除焦虑、抑郁情绪，稳定心率、血压等生命体征，协助安全完成手术。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect and methods of comfortable nursing during peroperative period. Methods: 400 patients were divided into the experimental group including 200 cases and the control group including 200 cases randomly. The control group was given traditional nursing and the experimental group was given comfortable nursing, comparing the effect of two groups.
