【摘要】目的:建立大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌细菌生物膜(BBF)的模型,考察注射用双黄连对BBF形成的影响及抑制作用。方法:在特定的条件、方法下分别对细菌单独培养和细菌与提取物共同培养,通过酶标仪测量其OD值来考察BBF的生长能力。结果:注射用双黄连对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌BDF的形成均有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective:Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus biofilm (BBF)model to study injection Shuanghuanglian on BBF formation and inhibition. Methods:Under certain conditions,methods of bacteria cultured alone,respectively,and cultured for bacteria and extracts,measured by micro plate reader to examine their OD value of the growth ability of BBF. Results:The injection of Shuanghuanglian on E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus inhibit the formation of BDF.
